Chill small hostel. Guests mostly middle aged and rarely use common areas. Work itself is mostly easy, but it still felt like a job rather than a volunteer exchange. Andreia delegates tasks abruptly with little warmth, and volunteers are expected to cover a lot for just a shared bed. Other volunteers feltthe hostel hostelhostelsame, and I heard it wasn't a new complaint. We asked for breakfast to be added; refused. Kitchen access overlaps with guests so hard to use freely since you end up working outside your shift. João, the hostelhostelother staff, was great though. Inthe hostel hostelhostelend, I had to leave early.

Heyyy :) Fromthe hostel hostelhostelmoment I arrived, I felt very welcomed – everything was super easy and uncomplicated. I really enjoyedthe hostel hostelhostelwork and still had plenty of time to explorethe hostel and visit other places in Portugal. I'm so grateful forthe hostel hostelhostelexperience, especially forthe hostel hostelhostelchance to meet so many new and international people. I was there with a friend and two other volunteers, and we had such a fun time together. That being said, the hostelhostelhostel was quite small, and most ofthe hostel hostelhostelguests were more middle-aged than I expected. But it was still a great experience overall. All in all, my expectations were fulfilled, and I cannot complain aboutthe hostel hostelhostelwork. the hostelhostelhostel is rather small and calm and there isn't much work to do. I could often finish my shift earlier, when there were no more tasks left, so we also had a lot of time to explorethe hostel! the hostelhostelhosts were flexible withthe hostel hostelhostelshifts which a appreciated a lot! Nevertheless, I noticed there weren't many young people and there is no social space apart fromthe hostel hostelhostelkitchen. Maybe volunteers could also take on tasks that improvethe hostel hostelhostelconnection betweenthe hostel hostelhostelguests.

Justiniana is really welcoming and kind. She notices when you're feeling down and wants you to talk about what's bothering you. Communication is key to having a better volunteer experience because some things will be different when you come from another country f.e. work. It was great to have other volunteers and I was happy to see them every day. I would say I even became friends with some. I also practiced english and french. It may be annoying at times because you live in a shared room (men and women) so no privacy. All in all I wanna come back :) the hostelhostelhostelis great and I will remember this

Minha experiência superou as expectativas, eu certamente recomendo o voluntariado. Ótima localização, os horários e tarefas são cumpridos e o ambiente de convivência é espetacular, João foi quem me entrevistou, sempre prestativo e preocupado com o bem estar de todos, tive um problema de saúde e ele foi muito compreensivo com minha ausência e sempre preocupado com minha recuperação . Patrícia uma boa líder e também uma pessoa acessível . Eu certamente voltaria voluntariar nesse lugar.

O hostel é tranquilo e com pouca vida social, ideal para uma estadia tranquila. O trabalho é simples, mas às vezes eles têm poucos voluntários, o que aumenta a carga, especialmente pela manhã, ou fora do horário. Eles estão recebendo apenas homens. As instalações são aceitáveis. A lavanderia fica a 2 km e é usada por uma pessoa uma vez por semana. A comunicação da administradora não foi ótima, embora com a chegada de Joao tenha havido melhorias significativas. O melhor é a localização central e o sistema de códigos para entrar e sair livremente. Obrigado ao hostel pela oportunidade.

Tive uma experiência ótima na Changero hostel. O espaço é bem agradável, limpo, confortável e bem acessível. Fica bem no centro doo hostel em uma das ruas turística da região, não, sempre está em movimento. As atividades no hostel foram bem tranquilas, em geral, as atividades eram arrumar os quartos dos hóspedes e ficar na receção. Infelizmente tive que sair antes, por motivos pessoas, mas o espaço é um lugar que eu voltaria mais vezes.
