### 🏡 Routine and organization of the hostel
The shift is divided into two stages, in a calm and organized environment.
**☕ From 7:30 to 10:30 — Breakfast and organization of the spaces**
This is a quieter period, in which you will have time to have your own breakfast and to prepare the coffees requested previously by the guests. The coffees are prepared on individual trays, according to the orders placed in advance.
During this time, we also organize the hostel spaces to keep everything clean, pleasant and in order.
**🧹 From 10:30 to 13:00 — Cleaning**
In this period, the focus is on cleaning and organizing the rooms and the common areas, leaving everything ready to welcome the guests.
La Casa Hostel is a small, family-run and organized hostel, with only 3 en-suite rooms and 2 shared rooms. This allows a closer, calmer and well-structured routine, with attention to the details and the well-being of everyone.
