The experience

We provide a unique opportunity to be a part of a global community that encourages both personal development & global transformation. Our volunteers learn, lead, serve, and grow together. Come help us in our kitchen and general upkeep team and live the day-to-day life at our camp in the jungle of Costa Rica, and have the time of your life!

What you offer

10 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 15 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers

Description: Because of our location (in the middle of the jungle), we have been charging $15 USD/per day, which includes meals (breakfast & dinner), accommodation, but also transportation to and from town (not the airport), because we are about a 45 minute walk to town.

What you get

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Requirements

Beginner English or Beginner Spanish

Between 18 and 59 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

In exchange for accommodations and food, two meals a day (breakfast & dinner), your contributions to the team are as essential to the camp's atmosphere, togetherness, and development. You will help with general, day-to-day tasks. These general tasks can include: kitchen, housekeeping, cleaning, etc.
