Seville is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain! Laidback but full of life, perfect weather and more than 2000 years of history make it a really special place to enjoy the Andalusian way of life. You will be joining our team helping us out on different tasks depending on the season (night shift, dinner service). We expect you to be on duty at least 4 days a week, having 3 or 4 days off depending on the week, a maximum of 28h/week!

LaBanda the hostel is an incredible place: it's super organized, welcoming, and easy to meet tons of new people and make awesome friends with the guests. The tasks were exactly as expected, and what you get in exchange for volunteering is top-notch... but above all, the staff is beyond amazing! It's entirely thanks to them that the vibe is so warm and extraordinary. Everyone was always there to lend a hand, no matter the time of day or night, for any kind of issue. A huge thank you to every single team member for making me feel like family from start to finish. See you all soon! <3

Francesca and the team made me feel very welcome right from the start! 🫂The food was great and the apartment itself is genuinely luxury. The shift tasks aren't bad at all once you get into your own rhythm and know what you are doing. If I could suggest one small thing, it would be making the schedule 3 days on, 3 days off instead of 2. But even without that change, the place and the people working here have a really fun, positive energy. Sevilla is a lovely city and I definitely recommend this experience!

The experience was incredible! The staff has been so welcoming since the first days and the structure has been too. I had the possibility to link with a lot of people from all around the world and to forge links with my workmates. I appreciate all the aspect of the three months in Seville and of the volunteering experience. I fully recommend the hostel and the city, in fact I'll definitely come back there!

The night shift comes with its challenges and takes some adjustment, but the incredibly warm and social atmosphere more than makes up for it. This is the kind of place that stays with you. I absolutely recommend the experience.
