Hello, traveler! I'm looking for a proactive and cheerful person to help around the house. It's a big house. There are 4 suites. Your help consists of cleaning the bedrooms and bathrooms, the two living rooms, the two powder rooms, the kitchen and the dining room. I buy ingredients, you prepare your meals. It's a vegan house, no meat. I only have one volunteer at a time, so it's very calm around here. If you're interested, send me a message and we'll talk!

.My experience at the house was really wonderful. Marcia is a very kind and empathetic person; the tasks are easy to perform and the hours are flexible. The house has a privileged location, allowing quick access to the beaches and to the historic center. I loved spending a month and a half at her house, in the company of her cats. I would recommend this place 100% and would return without hesitation. Thank you, Marcia, for the trust and for your loving way. I am leaving very happy and grateful.

I loved my experience at Casa la casa and I would return without hesitation. Márcia made me feel at home from day one. She is a warm, flexible person and it was always a pleasure to talk with her. The house is very comfortable, quiet and close to the historic center and the beaches. By receiving only one volunteer at a time, there is a lot of independence, something I personally enjoyed a lot. One of my favorite moments was looking at the beautiful garden from the window of my room. Without a doubt I recommend it to those who are looking for a quiet and welcoming place.

Marcia was very cordial, and explained the tasks very well, and was very flexible with the schedule.
Very cozy place and close to the historic center.
Highly recommend, but keep in mind that it's a guesthouse, and the service is domestic—cleaning the suites, washing the windows, cleaning the bathrooms, keeping the social area clean, but the service is quite relaxed.

My experience with Marcia was very beautiful; I felt in a space that was safe, calm, and comfortable.
I enjoyed having coffee with her in the mornings and also the comforts of home and the surrounding nature.
Regarding the tasks, during my stay there were few guests, which made it very easy and quick to complete.
I would return to Paraty and volunteer there :)

The experience was incredible, Marcia is a woman of strength and a lot of personality, the communication was clear, as soon as I arrived she explained what my tasks would be and what I had to do during my stay, she was my listener and I learned a lot from her, it was rewarding, now if you are full of whining and don't like heavy work it's not for you, because although everything is very clean and easy to do, they are house chores, windows to clean, walls, floors, bathrooms and the house is quite big, for me it wasn't a problem, I'm used to it, but for someone who is very picky it can be challenging
