We are looking for people to support us in reception tasks, either to assist other staff or to oversee the daily management of guests. We are looking for dynamic and sociable people with a high sense of responsibility and a serious commitment to the tasks.

It was a great volunteering experience, it was my first volunteer and I always felt very good with the environment and the staff, is a very social hostel perfect for making friends and the task are mostly hosting and reception. I made a lot of good relationships and friends at the hostel, palomino is such an amazing place. 😊✨

It was a lovely experience with lovely staff. They also helped me out a lot when I got sick. The tasks were pretty easy, so if you're looking for a chill experience and improving your Spanish, that's the place to go! :)

An incredible place, incredible people, incredible atmosphere. The hostel is one of the best hostels in Palomino and therefore one of the best places to volunteer (in my opinion). The energy here is amazing; they are always willing to talk, receive suggestions, ideas and anything you may need, you can express it freely. Much love for this place and for all the people on its staff 🖤

The experience at the hostel was great. You learn very quickly what you need to do; the whole hostel team is very friendly and always willing to collaborate. Schedules are always met, and Diego is flexible with them if there is any inconvenience. There is more than enough free time to explore Palomino and have fun. Juan Camilo and Diego are cool people; they explain things to you with patience, answer all your questions, and you can count on them for anything you need. There is always something to do at the hostel, and it has everything you need to rest comfortably. Thank you!
