I was very warmly welcomed by Ryo and Tom on my arrival at the hostel, and throughout my stay they were available and attentive to me. I was also warmly welcomed by the team as well—Ju, Ci, Camilo, Edu, Rita and Dilma—who were a really great group to be around; we had a lot of fun and I will keep all of them close to my heart. The tasks were well distributed among the volunteers, the facilities were comfortable, and the reception was very calm with flexible shifts. I will miss them a lot; it was a second home for me, besides the villa being such a tasty and homey place in the heart of Paulista/Paraíso.

The weeks I spent at Villa were incredible. Rita, Ju, and the volunteers were very welcoming; I felt at home from the first days. The shifts are quite calm and the guests, in general, are super friendly.
Since we're not a party hostel, the environment is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to volunteer. Very good volunteer experience at the Villa. Learnings, friendships and opportunities. The Villa is near the beginning of Paulista Avenue in the hostel neighborhood and everything is accessible nearby. The shift schedule is flexible and we help at the reception and with changing bed linens. Very worthwhile experience, I recommend it to everyone.

I was warmly welcomed by the hosts, the location is amazing and the shifts are calm and flexible. ✨️ However, the accommodation didn't work out very well for me. I didn't know it was only with suites and I missed shared areas and more interaction with other guests. The kitchen is very simple. In the room, I missed a privacy curtain — even though it's a space only for volunteers, privacy makes a difference. Oh, and the mosquitoes seem to be part of the place's fixed team 😅 they end up bothering a bit during the stay.

I had a great time at the hostel and everything went very well. Ryo and Tomás fulfilled everything agreed and were great hosts. The other volunteers and coworkers were also very receptive. Special thanks to Rita and Cibele. I recommend this experience to volunteers of all levels of experience and I myself hope to return someday.

The experience was perfect. I had training on the reservations system. Ryo and Thomás are super kind and professional; the location is close to Paulista Avenue. Shifts are flexible and the other volunteers were very helpful, as were the cleaning staff Rita and Dilma. Thank you so much ❤️
