We're a home away from home for backpackers and independent travellers. You will find us in Paraíso, neighbourhood perfectly placed right in the heart of the city with easy access.Have a confortable, fun and unforgetable stay in São Paulo, the lovely biggest city of South America. We need your precious help for: checking guests in and out, welcoming guests, giving guests tips on where to go and overseeing the security of the hostel.

Os responsáveis pelo hostel, Ryo e Tomás, foram receptivos, acolhedores e flexíveis. A localização é ótima e a rotina é tranquila e estruturada. Desde o início, recebi instruções claras que facilitaram o desempenho das tarefas e compreensão das responsabilidades de cada turno. Também recebi orientações sobre como utilizar a plataforma de gestão de reservas. Esse processo detalhado e o suporte ativo fizeram a diferença na experiência. Não posso deixar de mencionar a Rita, que tem um papel fundamental na manutenção do hostel, sempre buscando manter tudo organizado. Grande abraço!

O Ryo e o Tomás me receberam muito bem, são bem acolhedores e estão sempre abertos a conversar se você precisar. De forma geral as atividades são bem leves, é mais para ficar na recepção e o movimento é tranquilo no hostel. Adorei as várias árvores que tem na vila, que proporciona contato com a natureza no meio de SP, a localização também é otima.

O hostel foi top! Localização perfeita, clima acolhedor, anfitriões super simpáticos e flexíveis e voluntários que fizeram dessa experiência única! Recomendo pra quem busca uma experiência autêntica e econômica em SP! Alguns pontos a melhorar, como a falta de câmeras de segurança e funcionários que não são tão cordiais e profissionais quanto os voluntários. Lembrete: Hostel é ambiente social, nem sempre tudo perfeito. Beijo pro Bruno e Antero que ficaram, boas noites de pizza e jogos de tabuleiro! ❤️

A localização do hostel é excepcional, as tarefas e horários equilibrados e ele estão sempre abertos a adaptações. Em relação aos pontos negativos, infelizmente, têm piorado devido à falta de câmeras e acompanhamento. Essas fragilidades causam situações como furtos, cobranças estranhas e indevidas de serviços extras para hóspedes, fofocas maldosas entre voluntários e funcionários, ambiente de trabalho desagradável, chega ao ponto de voluntários intencionalmente oferecerem alimentos com maconha para funcionários e hóspedes sem o conhecimento dos mesmos. Fica meu abraço para Ju e Douglas.

Primeira experiência e não consigo comparar com outras, mas Ryo e Thomas me receberam bem desde o primeiro dia, mas pouco aparecem lá. Localização bacana e tarefas justas. Refleti muito se iria avaliar, mas achei necessário. Houve noites que eu pensava desistir de voluntariar. Muitas desavenças influenciadas por funcionários e packers, precisa ser forte. Há ocorridos que os anfitriões não tem ciência nenhuma. Não há câmeras, então eles nem sabem ou podem resolver casos de: furtos, improbidade, discriminação e algo que prefiro não tornar público. Packers Ju e Anderson, vcs tem meu coração 🤍✨
