I'm Ale, an italian guy in my early 30's, that decided to open a Hostel in the beautiful Island of La Palma after some years of travelling/ living around the world and having experiences as volunteers in different kind of projects. In our team we are hardworking and put our heart and soul in this project, we are the kind of person that when we do something we like to do it well, and we expect the same from our future volunteers :)

The hostel was such a lovely experience to be a first-time Volunteer! The manager and other volunteers were very welcoming, and we were able to da lot of activities exploring the island. The hours were as agreed and the work was fair.

My experience at the hostel was amazing! I felt welcome from day one. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and I met incredible people from all over the world. Giulio is an excellent host and leader—kind, organized, and always supportive. The volunteer tasks are simple, leaving plenty of free time to explore the beautiful island of the hostel. I made wonderful friends, had so much fun, and created unforgettable memories. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a rewarding and enjoyable volunteer opportunity!

10/10! The hostel has great community vibes, work was easy, hanging around with the rest of the team was a highlight and Gulio is an amaaaazing host - I felt very comfortable from day 1, definitely would recommend it to any worldpacker:)

I had an amazing time at the hostel and was quite sad to leave! I felt welcomed straight away and quickly became good friends with the manager and the other volunteers. The work was very easy, and the schedule was flexible if you became sick or needed to swap a shift around. You have plenty of free time to explore the island, and Giulio (the manager) always had a place to recommend or take you to. I highly recommend volunteering here :)

The hostel was my first volunteering experience and as every first time I'll remember and cherish it forever! Giulio, the manager, is a fantastic person, so full of energy, sometimes you need to understand how this can be, but in the end, he's always trying to put the guests at ease and make sure the hostel is a home away from home! I met such amazing people and improved my Spanish so much. I was a solo volunteer for a month, so the shifts were not established, but also was low season, so I had time to play the guitar and sing for the guests and meet other volunteers and visit the island!
