The hostel was a great place, I loved the feeling and aesthetic, and the host and the other workers were all incredibly nice to me, I felt really welcome in their space. All very good people. And the work is easy and very reasonable, I have no complaints.

Overall, I had a great time at the hostel. I loved getting to know the hostel staff and the other volunteers. The work was as described on the worldpackers listing and Catania is a great place to explore Sicily from on your days off. The only things that I would be aware of, is that the volunteer room is very small and hot, which is very difficult in peak summer with 3 other volunteers. The room also does not lock and is located in the common room. I didn't have any issues with this, but is something to be mindful of. Thank you Diletta, Vera and Gabriele!!

My time at the hostel was lovely! They're a family run business and everyone is extremely welcoming. The hostel is very cool and has a sweet outdoor space. Sicily itself is beautiful, the food is incredible and you can easily do day trips around the island. The work was reasonably easy and relaxed and I liked the difference in shift patterns as your days were then varied. I made amazing connections with the other volunteers and we had plenty of time to do things outside of work. I would like to say a massive thank you to Carmello, Diletta, Vera and Gabrielle for their kindness and hospitality!

This experience was simply amazing! i recommend it to everyone! i had the best month with the other volunteers and this beautiful family! Diletta is the funniest and Carmelo is the sweetest. i am looking forward to go back already!

My first volunteering experience turned out to be such a beautiful one ❤️ The owners are absolutely amazing — so kind, respectful, and welcoming. They felt more like friends than managers, which made the whole experience even more special. The hostel has such a great atmosphere and is located right in the center of the city. It's not too big, so the work feels easy and comfortable. The shifts are only 6 hours, and we also get two days off every week, which gives plenty of time to explore the city and enjoy it as tourists too. Thank you so much, Diletta and the brothers❤️
