The experience

We offer accommodation, discounts on food & beverage/laundry and taxi service, free breakfast and lunch or dinner. You get the chance to learn about customer service working as a volunteer at the bar, front desk and activities. If you want to practice Spanish or English this is a good place for that too.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Discounts on Pubs: Get discounts at nearby pubs.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Fluent Spanish or Intermediate English

Between 19 and 35 years old

Be from outside Peru

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or pairs)

- Voluntariado mínimo de 15 días
- Horario laboral de 5 horas de lunes a domingo (turnos rotativos)

Activities & Shift

- Disponibilidad en cualquier área del hostel dependiendo la necesidad (limpieza, mantenimiento, alimentos y bebidas, recepción).
