Nossos turnos são de 6 horas diárias com um dia de folga na semana. Atenção nesta parte, por favor são 6 horas e não 5 horas.
As atividades consistem em: cuidar muito bem dos guests, manter o hostel organizado e limpo de acordo com o nosso manual de operação padrão, fazer um check-in de qualidade, gestão de equipe, promover eventos dentro do hostel e a principal tarefa é transformar as experiências inesquecíveis dos nossos guests em REVIEWS nota 10.
A experiência é de 4 semanas, no entanto como é um treinamento intenso e com muita informação PRIVILEGIADA gostaríamos que você pensasse na possibilidade de aumentar a sua experiência para um período de 6 meses. No final do primeiro mês e após uma análise criteriosa da nossa direção conversaremos com você e analisaremos se você conseguiu alcançar as metas traçadas para a função de gerente assistente, as metas sendo alcançadas você será convidado a fazer parte do nosso quadro fixo e receberá uma ajuda de custo mensal a combinar.
