We're looking for young, fun, super-friendly people to have a great time with our guests! You'll be taking them out nights out, salsa lessons, and other activities in town. You'll also be a bar master and you'll be helping guests sort out their stay and shuttle/tour needs at our front desk. We ask that you take photos of activities for social media and you'll enjoy a room with fellow volunteers. No experience is needed, it's all about attitude!

I loved my time at the hostel! The whole permanent staff is amazing along with the fellow volunteers. The work is easy & reasonable, the hostel itself is clean & cozy, and it was a great base for my time in Antigua. I'd highly recommend, everyone here truly cares about each other and the hostel. I got sick during my time here, but they were super accommodating and made sure I was okay and got the care I needed.

I had such a great time at the hostel! I was always meeting new people but also had a great core group with the other volunteers. The management was really helpful and accommodating and everybody wanted to help you succeed. Antigua was also incredibly beautiful and a perfect place to spend a month. Also, the hostel offers exchanges with other hostels, so I got to visit Lake Atitlan while I was volunteering. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

I absolutely loved my volunteering experience! From the very beginning, Andrea, Monica, Ana, and Yonatan made me feel so welcome. The tasks are easy, well organized, and enjoyable, and all the volunteers are really close and supportive, which creates such a great atmosphere. I loved everything about my time here. Thank you so much for making this such a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend volunteering here!

I loved my time at the hostel! The job doesn't feel like work since you're always meeting new people and hanging out with them. Everyone at the hostel was super welcoming and fun to be around! Antigua has a lot to offer and you can explore other parts of Guatemala on your days off :)
