Carol are Simone are a lovely couple. They are hard working and flexible. They also have a very clear of tasks for volunteers so there is no confusion of what to do while working. The amount of work was perfectly fine and doable. I also appreciated the openness to the ideas I brought in to improve the hostel. The place is a dream. Very central and beautifully set up. I loved staying at this hostel and enjoyed meeting so many different beautiful people, locals as well as tourists. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

It was my first time volunteering, you get a lot out of the experience in terms of meeting people and places. In terms of the volunteer work, it wasn't complicated but it could have been a better experience if the owners were more hands on the volunteer work not only the hostel.

I loved the place and the experience! I would definitely do it again! Simone treats volunteers very well and the tasks to be performed are very light. The place is very welcoming and the perks given to volunteers are very good. Very close to the beach for surfing and the pool is ideal for relaxing! Thanks Simone and Caro😃

Tamahostel is a hostel with a very pleasant energy, and the facilities are super clean. The tasks are really very easy: pick up the leaves, take out the trash, customer service, put away dishes. I liked the energy of the place; I would definitely recommend it. El entorno y las instalaciones son geniales. Los propietarios se preocupan mucho por la limpieza y el orden, pero también por las relaciones sociales y que los voluntarios se diviertan y estén cómodos. El trabajo no es duro y está claro, además, se puede compaginar muy bien los horarios con otros voluntarios. Tienes tiempo para todo, trabajar, socializar, ir a la playa y hacer surf. La zona del rancho, la piscina y el jardín son muy bonitas. La limpieza es diaria y profunda. La cocina está bien equipada (hay dos cocinas). Las tareas y la recepción están simplificadas para el voluntario.
