My time at the organization was a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Melanie is a very kind person and always open to questions and happy to help. The work with the dogs and cats was very manageable and a lot of fun because all the animals are so sweet and loving. I would highly recommend volunteering here to anyone who loves animals. And the food cooked by the Thai staff was always absolutely delicious. Overall, I had an amazing time here.

I had a wonderful time and spent two weeks there. I will definitely come back for a longer period to help again. The first days were intense and sometimes overwhelming, but once you get to know the dogs and your tasks, it becomes an amazing experience. I definitely recommend this place for volunteering, but you should be aware that dog fights can happen and that some of the dogs' and cats' stories are heartbreaking. Still, in the end, you get so much love and gratitude back and truly make an impact.

If you love animals and nature this is the place for you. There are almost 400 animals, so there will be a lot of animals to take care of and a lot of work to do. However, it is very organized so you'll know what to do. You can tell Melanie and the staff really cares about the animals and that's very heartwarming to see. Melanie is a sweet girl and the place and food is also very nice! The only thing is that it can feel overwhelming at times, so do not hesitate to ask for a day or two off, because it can get exhausting to work everyday.

If you love dogs, this is truly the perfect place for you. We absolutely loved our two weeks at the organization and would have happily stayed longer if we had been able to. You genuinely help the dogs every day and spend all your time with them, which makes the experience incredibly rewarding. The sanctuary is beautiful, and you can really feel how much care and love goes into everything they do. We were so happy to be able to help both the team and the dogs. This was without a doubt the best volunteering experience we had!

I just got home after two weeks at this fantastic place. I found the volunteers' daily duties to be well organized, with clear instructions and routines. This is the best volunteer place I've been to out of a total of five projects. The atmosphere was very warm, relaxed, and welcoming. I felt comfortable and safe. The food was excellent and the people working on the project are incredibly friendly. I am very grateful for this experience. It was incredibly sad to leave the project and the dogs. I highly recommend this project and hope to be able to return sometime in the future!
