I had a really good time with Andrej and his family, they're all good and interesting people. The living conditions were a bit more rustic than I expected but I quickly got used to it. It was also interesting to try a new form of alimentation. I had a lot of free time to explore, but I would recommend to go when it's a bit warmer, not in winter, so that there is also more work to do on the property. Thank you for everything!

I stayed here for 4 weeks in January and found that it's a great place for volunteering. The amount of the task given by the host was fair and he never forced me to do the task. Because of that I could do the work relaxedly. The location is nice, surrounded by nature and accessible to the city on foot. And the host is a truly Balkan guy, kindhearted, honest and easy-going. He follows the project diet, which means that he eats uncooked food without any unnatural things to harm our health. Mostly he eats fruits. I followed his eating habit and found that my skin is smoother!

We all know when the car overturns but you can't stop time and turn back, but there is hope, we all know when a friend dies in the war, but we must keep in mind that it could happen, but you have to get up and take care of the rest of the platoon. Hopes are there waiting Where in the world you left your soul, you think you are strong and you ruined everything and the saddest thing is that you are ruining the lives of your loved ones It's good to dream, to have fantasies and some magic, but making a life out of it will only lead you to madness....

Meeting Andre and his kids was funny experience although it remained short. The kids are very intelligent and they can teach you a lot about veganism, environment etc.

Gracias.

I will only say this.
2014. is the year I started my experience with volunteers (Workaway, WWOOF, Helpex and Worldpackers), had many projects and hundreds of people in my home with my family. You are the first one that said anything like this about me.
I am mortified that I must read and answer this. I do not want to offend you publicly or privately but I must say that I believe that this anger on me is caused just by me being a male person, the subject I do not want to elaborate out of respect to you.
Drinking alcohol almost every day, disrespecting my home and my kids, big mood swings in which in one moment you are aggressive, then in other saying that you finally feel relaxed, then again, we are here...those and unfortunately, many others, diminishes your feedback.
For the volunteers reading this, any of you can write me, I also have memory book written by many of my volunteers, male and female, children and elderly, which I can post...you can read my profile, just by reading it, you will realize some common sense.
I must say that seems a little unusual how I got negative review just from two native friends, both without basis.

Thank you. I did believe that the information on my profile were clear. Living in rural area does mean presence of bugs, wood, soil and other around and in the house. One of the things "single father" means is that sometimes the kids are with their mother, I believe that is quite normal.
As a single parent and a host, I believe that is normal also that you can expect that one of the jobs and parts of helping is cleaning, which is quite regular help that many host need.
I must say that in our agreement you were expected to stay for a month, of which you were here less than 24 hours (slept through the night and left the next day) and in between didn't even try to meet your surrounding, house, host, animals, neighborhood, or ask if something is not clear to you.
I didn't want to write like this but it started to confuse potential volunteers which I am very happy to host.
