It was our first volunteer experience and we couldn't have chosen better.
Susana is a great host; she makes you feel at home, she cooks delicious meals and she cares that you feel good and lack for nothing, in addition to making you feel part of the family. The facilities are very comfortable and pretty.
The tasks are what they explain to you: taking care of the dogs, feeding them, cleaning them, sleeping with them and especially making sure they have a lot of fun!
The hotel is located in a small town but there are transport options to go out on your days off.

The hotel's dogs are super good and affectionate! We will miss them a lot! Without a doubt we would stay here again! We took away wonderful memories of our experience with Su and her dogs.

Wonderful experience! Susana is a great person. Very kind, warm, and attentive. Always willing to help you with whatever you need. She also cooks incredibly delicious food! (When she has her own restaurant, we will go without hesitation) We tried different foods and typical dishes from here. As for the work, it was very calm; the days and schedules were always respected. Lulu, Keka, Channel, Romeo, Julieta, Aura, Evee and Greta—we will miss them!! I highly recommend this experience!

One of the best life experiences; if you love animals, want to get away from city noise, and take time to connect with nature, this place is ideal. I have been very happy, learning from each of the canine guests who come to the hotel; it's amazing how these beings who cannot speak teach you so much about life. 1000000/10 I have felt very well cared for and respected throughout the entire time I stayed; absolutely nothing was missing. There was an abundance of everything: laughter, chuckles, a connection with nature, and a countless number of beautiful things you learn surrounded by peace.

My experience at the hotel was excellent. It was my first volunteer work, and I couldn't have chosen a better one. She is very understanding in all aspects: from suggestions, questions, permissions, activities to carry out, and more. Really, a person from whom I took away a great and pleasant experience from having met. The food from Su has been the best Spanish food I have tasted. Her cocido castellano is simply unmatched.
