Volunteering consists of taking care of the dogs, so it's important that you like them and get involved with them. 🐶❤️ Castromonte is a small, quiet town, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying a rural experience. I have very fond memories and a lot of affection for the dogs and for Susana. 🐾❤️

It was a great experience to have stayed at the dog hotel, sharing with so many dogs, playing with them, having fun with them; the stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Susana, who is the host, is a great person; she is always very attentive to everything the volunteer needs and if it is not within her reach she helps you find a solution. The facilities are very comfortable and there is everything you need; more than a volunteer experience it feels like being at home since good coexistence is always encouraged. It’s a volunteer experience I would repeat.

It was our first volunteer experience and we couldn't have chosen better.
Susana is a great host; she makes you feel at home, she cooks delicious meals and she cares that you feel good and lack for nothing, in addition to making you feel part of the family. The facilities are very comfortable and pretty.
The tasks are what they explain to you: taking care of the dogs, feeding them, cleaning them, sleeping with them and especially making sure they have a lot of fun!
The hotel is located in a small town but there are transport options to go out on your days off.

Our experience was great, Susana made us feel at home since we arrived, she is a person who is ready to help at all times, her homemade meals are exquisite!! The hotel's dogs are super good and affectionate! We will miss them a lot! Without a doubt we would stay here again! We took away wonderful memories of our experience with Su and her dogs.
