We are a family-run hostel located close to the Ha Giang River, motorbikes rental, and tour company. Our main goal is to help all kinds of travelers for organizing their journey around the Ha Giang Loop, which is over 400 km road that permit to explore a beautiful and breathtaking span of mountains in the north of Vietnam.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

As a volunteer, we expect you to assist us in the following;
1. Reception Work: As an English speaker, your ability to communicate with our guests is very important. More than anything else, assistance with front desk tasks such as checking guests, and helping guests purchase bus tickets would make everything much easier for our staff and our guests.
2. Tour information: After you settle in at the hostel, we ask that you participate in one of the tours around the Ha Giang Loop. Your knowledge and experience of the loop are very valuable to our guests, especially those who have not ridden a motorbike before. You can either take one of our bikes (semi-automatic or manual, with the correct license) or ride on the back of a bike while one of our experienced riders takes you around the loop!
3. Hostel Improvement: Your opinion matters to us! We want to know how we can improve our hostel to improve the guest experience! If there is anything about the room layout or decor, sleeping arrangements, that you believe is lacking in any way, please let us know. We are eager to refine our business! We are always eager to find volunteers with special talents, like painting, design or even musical talents to bring up the vibes of our hostel - so if you miss using your talents while travelling, we’d be extremely happy for you to show them off here!
We have 4 different shifts: morning (8-12), afternoon (12-4), evening (4-8) and night (8pm-11pm).
This will alternate with other volunteers but you can request a specific shift if you want to do something that day🤩
Should you want to take part in one of our loops, this is included in your 3 weeks of volunteering!
