It's hard to know where to begin… It was my first time volunteering and I had the most amazing experience with Sophie and Charles! They are both kind and caring people who welcomed me like I was family and made my experience whole with the talks at the table, the wine shared and by showing me the surroundings. About the work, all the hours and activities were respect and they were pretty flexible with a situation I had coming back from the weekend trip, letting me rest during the morning. Sophie and Charles, I'm extremely greatful for the week we spent together, I'll remember it forever!

Volunteering at the guest house was an incredible experience! The hosts, Sophie and Charles-Henri, were so welcoming, and fed us delicious food. They also took us for visits to cool local spots! The village and bus stop are a minute walk away from the guest house, so everything was accessible. The daily work was mostly in the garden, but sometimes it was social media. The tasks were well explained, and the hours were always respected! I won't forget the beauty of the guest house, the kindness of my hosts, and the friendships with my fellow volunteers! I'd recommend it, 100%. Merci beaucoup!

I really couldn't have had a better first Worldpackers experience than the one I had at the guest house! From the moment I got there I felt incredibly welcomed by Sophie and Charles-Henri (& the cats!) The work wasn't hard, we did mostly harvesting, weeding and video editing for their social media. During our free time, we were able to explore the area a bit thanks to Sophie showing us some beautiful cities nearby. The other volunteers and I also went to a lake, the village etc and did movie nights - so there's still a lot to do, even in October! Thanks again - dankeschön! :)

Volunteering at the guest house was an amazing experience, and I hope to do it again! As soon as I arrived I felt like a princess in my gorgeous, private room in a CASTLE! And with acres of beautiful land to explore with gardens, farms and horses and cats! We would have breakfast and lunch all together (where I would try and practice French haha) and then 4 hours of gardening or having fun making videos for their social media- the rest of day we were free to explore or hang out, to do whatever we wanted. It was a wonderful experience and now I can brag to all my friends that I lived in a castle;)

I couldn't ask for a better first worldpackers experience! the guest house and the grounds are unreal and most important Sophie and Charles-Henri are truly kind and welcoming. The work was quite chill with well stablished hours. During my time we did mostly marketing and social media, but also some cleaning and helping around the guest house/hotel tasks. Moreover I felt truly pampered by the hosts, apart from the delicious food, they were kind enough to show us (me and other volunteers) some cities nearby and attractions. Thanks again Sophie and Charles-Henri It was truly a privilege!
