The experience

My name is Fausto and about 25 years ago I started my camping on a family plot in the southern Piedmont countryside, on the border of the Apennines. From the first pitches we have grown more and more but maintaining the family and spontaneous spirit.
I'm looking for help who can take care of cleaning, tidying up and receiving customers for a few hours a day, giving a hand when necessary.


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.


What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely


Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 19 and 35 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

European Union Passport


What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Program Details

I expect a person with a desire to do, sociable and with a spirit of community


Activities & Shift

The activities mainly involves:
welcome guests
cleaning of toilets and common areas and homes
Occasionally some small gardening work
If you wish, some activities can be organized with the guests (small treks, games for children, barbecues)


Rules

As a matter of internal security of the camping site, volunteers may not host or receive visitors from outside the campsite, neither during the day nor at night.
