Program Details

We are a social and friendly hostel located in central Istanbul.
We are looking for a responsible volunteer to join our reception team and help with daily front desk tasks and basic hostel operations.

Activities & Shift

Tasks include:

* Helping with guest check-ins and check-outs
* Answering emails and tracking reservations
* Light checks of shared areas (e.g. bathrooms)

Schedule: 5 hours per day, 1 day off per week (night shift may be required)

Optional social activities:
Depending on availability, we sometimes spend time together outside the hostel, exploring the neighborhood or walking around Istanbul together. Since the hostel is in Beyoğlu, there’s always something happening nearby - concerts, exhibitions, cafés, street life and people from many different cultures.

We're also interested in music and can share some basic guitar and music theory if there’s interest. Sometimes we cook together and introduce each other to different dishes, especially Turkish cuisine.

Rules

* No smoking indoors
* Respectful behavior towards guests and team members
* Maintaining a positive and cooperative environment
