First time volunteering at a hostel, and it was the best experience! I think it's gonna be hard volunteering anywhere else, because comparatively this one was just amazing. Fun job, manageable work load, great work life balance. All the permanent staff and volunteers were so lovely too. Accomodation was good, and food was sooooooooo good. Can't recommend highly enough:)

This is an amazing experience to stay in the amazing city of Da Lat and make close friends! We had so much fun leading games, karaoke, and helping set up family dinner. The hostel is very cozy and the family who runs it is very lovely and hardworking! The other volunteers are very helpful and teach you how to do everything. My job was vibe bringer and receptionist, and since it was a new role it wasn't always clear what I should be doing but I always asked what I could do to help. Reception is pretty easy, but make sure you ask any questions if you're unsure! Highly recommend!!!!

This was my first volunteering experience, and Ninh and Rachel were amazing hosts! Very friendly, helpful, and their two kids are awesome. Along with the great long-term volunteers (Amie, Greg, and Aimen), I really felt at home. the hostel is clean and comfortable with zero complaints on facilities. Housekeeping can be a bit hectic and the hours were a little long for me (6 hr/ day) while balancing online work, but overall it's still a 5-star experience! I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a family-style host and vibrant community life!

I had a great time at the hostel. Both Rachel and Ninh were very kind and easy to work with. Tasks were easy, place was chill and also had the chance to meet great people, from travelers to other volunteers. Thank you all for helping me through my time there, specially to Amie, Aimen, Adam and Greg! Hope the best to all of you guys. Nos vemos!!

The owners Rachel, Ninh & other volunteers were super welcoming & friendly! Work is devided in different shifts. I did the "morning shift" were I prepared breakfast orders for guests from 7:30-11am (chill when less orders & sometimes little bit stressful when lots of orders, but definitivly manageable). After that I helped cleaning the rooms (changing sheets, cleaning bathroom & floor) from 11am-12:30. Shared lunch is around 1pm & after that you have lots of freetime. They also have reception shifts at different times. There is offen free delicious familydinner as well. Recommend this place!!
