The Experience

We are creating a permaculture based project. The area is made of 1 hectare of farmland (periurban) located in the small village of Cavriago, 65 Km from Bologna, where we are creating an organic market garden/periurban park where we will experiment alternative/organic farming techinques and permaculture. We need help for planting fruit trees, caring for gardens, building garden furnitures, managing events and courses, cooking and sharing ideas.

It was amazing, the family was super welcoming and caring, they made us feel like we're at home. The work was very dynamic. We loved it, two of our favorite weeks of all time. Highly recomended!!

My 2 weeks spent at the farm were some of my favorite weeks spent abroad. Luca and his family (which includes two adorable kids) treat you just like you're one of the family, cooking together and eating together everyday. The food is amazing and all picked fresh from their garden. You sleep in the bottom floor of their house which gives you lots of privacy if you want it and you even have a kitchen. The work at the farm was fun and Luca will teach you all about permaculture and his methods. My free time was spent having bonfires and hiking and getting gelato with the fam, Highly recommend!

A beautiful project that makes everyone get engaged. I learned a new perspective of life and I felt part of a big family with a nice work.
