We are looking for people who are open to experiencing the magic of the Phi Phi Islands, leading tourists to have a wonderful day, explaining in Portuguese about each place. My experience volunteering as a host was incredible, without a doubt one of the best volunteering experiences I've ever had. Phi Phi quickly becomes your home. We stayed there for 6 months and loved every minute. The work is so rewarding that many times it doesn't even feel like you are working. A special thanks to Vick and Bruno for all the care and affection with us, even from afar ❤️

Kauany was wonderful! Always very professional in volunteering activities, welcoming with our guests and with a positive energy in everyday life. It was a pleasure to have her with us in Phi Phi. The partnership was so good that she decided to extend her experience, staying with us for 5 months. She also helped out our volunteer in Chiang Mai for a few days, showing once again her commitment to the team. We are very grateful for all the care, dedication and the moments shared! ❤️

My experience was amazing!\n\nThe accommodation was great and well located. Vic, Bruno and the whole team were always very attentive and provided us with incredible experiences.\n\nThe work isn't difficult; over time you end up developing a passion for it and everything becomes natural, with a lot of care.\n\nIt was a wonderful opportunity to get to know Thai culture. It was certainly the best volunteering experience I've ever had!\n\nPhi Phi has become our home and already has a special place in my heart. I will miss it a lot.

Jonathan was an amazing volunteer! Always very responsible, dedicated and attentive to our passengers. He also integrated very well with our local and online team. Our partnership was so positive that he decided to extend the volunteering with us, staying a total of 5 months. We closed a chapter, but with lasting fondness. 😊

Combinamos que eu faria o voluntariado, eu estava em Bangkok, me organizei financeiramente para um mês e fui a até Phi Phi. Chegando lá não havia acomodação para mim, e foi pedido para que eu mesmo buscasse acomodação, andando em baixo de sol em uma ilha que eu não conhecia, trabalho esse que deveria ser do anfitrião e não meu. Após três dias, fui notificado de que não iria continuar o voluntariado pois não havia acomodação, me organizei, e despenquei de Bangkok p ilha, p de uma hora para outra o voluntariado acabar e eu n estava contando com isso no meu budget, não recomendaria.

When we spoke at the beginning, it was explained to you that the previous person in the volunteer role hadn't held the apartment and that our Phi Phi team would pass you the information and places to look for.
We had guaranteed a room for you on the day of your arrival, which you had said would be in the morning. You arrived only in the late afternoon, when it was already dark and the room had already been occupied by someone else.
We are talking about the most touristy island in Thailand and Thais don't wait.
We told you that Thais want to see who will live there and that's why we needed you on the island and on time, to see the room.
During the days you were on the island, we covered your costs until you found a place. However, whenever we asked if you had gone to the places we had on the map, your answer was vague and somewhat rude.
By following your social media (which has a certain reach), we could see that you were doing other activities (running on the beach, beer, remote work) and not doing what we had agreed, which was you going to the places we indicated.
Precisely because of this, we did not feel you would be committed to the tasks and much less able to deal with tourists, because if with us the treatment was already rude, with tourists it could be worse.
The last volunteer also had to go to the site and see the room and the Thais, that’s an island process. She had agreed 1 month, but stayed 6 months and knew how to work in a cordial and dedicated way.

Não poderia começar falando de outra coisa que não os anfitriões: o Bruno e a Victoria são simplesmente incríveis e te recebem super bem logo de cara! Com certeza ter eles de anfitriões faz toda diferença! Sobre Phi Phi não tenho palavras, a ilha é encantadora e não tem como não se apaixonar! O trabalho é cansativo por ser em barco e lidando com diversos tipos de situações, mas é extremamente prazeroso e gratificante! Além disso, o trabalho também permite se conectar com muitos locais, o que pra mim é a cereja do bolo. Recomendo de olhos fechados 🤩

AMAAAZING!! Ana Bia has an incredible vibe and everyone simply loves her! We had an agreement for a month, but she ended up extending her travel plans and staying with us for a longer period. She is extremely capable of doing many tasks, very social and easy going spirit. Speaks other languages and is very punctual. Also well manned with our guests and the locals. <3 We were lucky to get a free day on her birthday and took her scuba diving for the first time on her life. So glad to be part of it! We can't recommend her enough! She's brilliant! We'd like to keep Bia forever! Haha
