The property is severely neglected, with rundown facilities, dirty bathrooms, cockroaches, and a persistent smell of cat urine. There were three cats and a new dog not disclosed in the listing, with animal feces found in shared areas and even the shower. Mosquitoes were relentless, and loud music continued late at night. I also heard concerning allegations about the host's behavior, though I cannot verify them. Brenda was initially kind, but ultimately made me leave before my agreed departure date.

Living in the coliving feels like living in your new home abroad. Its located in the historic center of Guadalajara, close to anything you would need in your daily life + a train station that connects you to much of the city. The house is beautifully decorated and the host makes sure that the inhabitants are fit to suit the vibe of the house, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The tasks are very fair and well communicated and the schedule is never exceeded. Bonus: you will be living with 3 sweet cats!
