This was my first volunteering experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better one. Everyone I had the chance to meet, both the other volunteers and the Japanese staff, were very kind and welcoming, and they made me feel right at home. The work was also very doable, and the working hours were always as agreed upon, so we had plenty of free time outside of work. Additionally, the guesthouse is very cozy, the kitchen is spacious, and the sleeping area is really big, so you can keep all your stuff right by your side. Thank you all for the amazing time and for all the memories.

My stay at the hostel was without a doubt one of my best. Every single Japanese full-time staff is kind and helpful. If there was something you maybe didn't to like intended they'd always communicate very humane and kind. The work was very doable, the working hours were also always held in. This definitely felt like a second home in my four weeks I stayed here. I've made many new friends and got really comfortable here. I'd love to come back, I think the hostel does an incredible job at making you live in a homelike environment.

My time at the hostel was one of the best parts of my working holiday in Japan. I came looking for a place to stay and work, and left with real friends and memories I'll carry forever game nights, spontaneous trips, late nights talking, genuine connection. The people here made me feel like I belonged from day one and pushed me to grow in ways I didn't expect, including finally putting myself out there in ways I never had before. If you want more than just a bed to sleep in, this is the place. I'm already counting down the days to come back . Thank you for everything.

I really enjoyed this experience as a solo female traveller. I always felt safe, seen and understood from the host and other travellers as well. The tasks weren't too difficult and I had a lot of free time to travel around. The facility is really nice and cozy. Everyone was friendly and I'm pretty sure that you can find long life friends there☺️

The hostel has everything for an amazing urban volunteering experience! The Japanese staff are lovely, speak English, and make it easy to connect with locals. They always listen to our needs and make us feel at home. The hostel and dorm are spacious, giving you room to settle in and enjoy your own routines. The tasks are simple, and 15 hours a week is perfect if you want time to work, pursue personal projects, or explore Kansai. Huge thanks to the hostel team and fellow volunteers for making this hot summer so refreshing! ;)

I stayed at the hostel for more than two months, and it was an amazing experience! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and they're really nice people. The place is also very nice! The common area is comfortable, and you can meet lots of people just by spending time there. The working hours are only three hours in the morning, so you have the rest of the day to yourself. Osaka is a beautiful city, so I highly recommend this experience! Thank you all!

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel. The work is reasonable and straight forward, the staff is great, and the beds are super comfortable! This was my first volunteering experience, so I wasn't really sure what to expect, but the hostel has definitely set the bar high! A special thanks to everyone who I met and supported me along the way, from calling up the ward office, to teaching me Japanese, or organising nights out with the staff, you all made my time extra special :)

I had an absolutely amazing time at the hostel! The work is easy, leaving plenty of time to explore Osaka and everything the city has to offer. The team is incredibly kind, welcoming and supportive and I felt comfortable from the very beginning. I also had lots of great conversations and laughs with the other volunteers and we often spent our free time hanging out together. It was a super cool experience and I'm already missing the people and the atmosphere. Thank you for everything! <3

My time at the hostel was great 😇 The work is easy and straightforward, and the working hours respected. Having 3 days off per week is a real bonus and allows you to enjoy. All the staff members are friendly, supportive, and always in a good mood. They are approachable and willing to help whenever needed. The hostel itself is really cute and has a great atmosphere & good accommodation It is a bit far from the city center, but that's actually perfect if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Osaka and enjoy a quiet place :) I would definitely recommend it!
