The experience

We have a sustainable B&B. We need help to maintain the garden, clean the bedrooms, small painting . 12 to 14 hours a week of work required ; you would be hosted in a mobile home with air cond., WC, lavabo, fridge and would have access to B&B facilities: shower, swimming pool, kitchen.

What you offer

12 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Intermediate Spanish or Beginner French

Between 18 and 40 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

The volunteer would have to help in a guest house. Main activities are gardening, cleaning and some painting.
We expect from the Volunteer to be multi tasks and to love pets (not for allergic people).
The volunteer would be welcomed like a friend of family and could be guided to visit Cabo de Gata Natural Park
A bike or moped could be lend.

Activities & Shift

2 to 3 hours to work in the morning during 4 to 5 days.
Afternoon and evening free.
Depending of the period the work might be more oriented on gardening/maintening or cleaning rooms for B&B
