I really liked my stay at the guest house in Tamba:) You will get your own room and have plenty of time to chill and get outside. You also have your own kitchen so you will not be in contact with guests! If your spontaneous and not a big planner it's the perfect destination for you also if you wanna calm down and see the country side of Japan it's great for that !

My volunteer stay in Tamba went very well. It's a quiet place, ideal to be in nature and to disconnect from the pace of the big cities. Fuga is a very kind and flexible host who understands well the position of the volunteers and gives enough free time. This allows us to fully enjoy the surroundings: we were able to go on bike rides, hikes, picnics, barbecues, visit the local sanctuaries and take a trip along the coast! A good volunteering experience, pleasant and relaxing :)
