We have 2 gites (holiday apartments) in a lovely village in Provence. It is near hiking and biking & vineyards. We need help with welcoming guests, gardening, pool maintenance, painting, decorating and building maintenance, cleaning & laundry, airport/train pick-ups. Enjoy the sunshine and practise/learn French. We are a small operation and cant sponsor travellers' visas. You must be able to drive on the right (stick shift) & swim (pool maint)

I had a great stay in Villes-sur-Auzon. Alastair was very friendly and welcoming. The work was as agreed and enjoyable. I was able to manage my own time and work independently. I helped garden, paint, maintain the pool, and other ad hoc tasks. It was lovely to have my own apartment, and access the pool. The small village is very pretty and has everything you need, the locals were very friendly. Over the summer there were events and a number of places open to eat. It may be quieter during other seasons. My favourite thing was riding a bike exploring other villages and taking in the scenery.

Alastair was a great host I had a great time at the guest house. The tasks were simple, the guests were great. The location was a small rural village. Traveling to a Marseille or Montpellier takes a long time (2+ hours) and buses don't run on Sundays & holidays. Plan accordingly!

I stayed here for almost two months, and it was amazing! The village is lovely and very friendly, even though it's small. The tasks are easy to do, with some standard gardening and varying small jobs that comes with the house. The hosts were good at communicating and making sure that everything was alright, always available and ready to answer any questions. Would love to come back here!

The host couple are lovely and welcoming! The tasks were fairly simple and you get to spend a lot of time outdoors. It's a very peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature. The fact you get your own apartment is great. Thank you for having me Sissi and Alistair.

Hello to Worldpackers! I'm about to end my experience in Villes Sur Auzon at Sissi and Alastair house. It has been a beautiful stay, amazing weather representative of south France. Great place to do bike tours using the bikes available at this house. Sissi and Alastair are present for anything you need, very trustworthy people. Make sure you ask beforehand if you are not sure, because there is plenty opportunities to learn. I hope I can come back next years!
