Your days will be full of variety and creative energy! You’ll get to lead fun arts and crafts workshops, organize sports and team games, help with daily homework, and even guide kids through mini-gardening or nature projects. If you have a passion for photography or video, you can also help capture these wonderful moments for our community.
We’re looking for energetic, patient, and open-minded people who genuinely love working with young minds. A typical day runs from about 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM with a generous hour lunch break in the middle to relax and enjoy local food. With a light 20 to 25-hour weekly schedule and 2 to 3 full days off, you’ll have plenty of time to explore local hikes, unwind, and fully immerse yourself in the culture.

Typical Daily Schedule
09:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Brief team alignment and setting up the day's materials.
