We are transforming our coastal home into a marine cave. We are in the structural phase: no flat brush painting yet! As Project Leaders, we provide the designs; you work independently.
📋 POSITION SPLIT (We accept two skill levels):
1. ADVANCED SCULPTORS (Portfolio Required):Tasks: Carving 3D deep-sea fish, ancient columns, and mermaids.
Requirement: Strong understanding of anatomy, proportions, and advanced sculpture skills.
2. HANDYMAN & DIY CREATORS (No Experience Needed):Tasks: Crafting window mosaics with natural stones and molding rough cave textures on walls.
Requirement: No art background needed, but you must love manual labor and plaster work.

Daily Routine & Tasks:
Preparation: Gathering your tools, plaster, and materials (all provided 100% by us).
Execution by Skill Level: Advanced sculptors will work independently on carving deep-sea fish, columns, or mermaid anatomy.
DIY volunteers will focus on window stone mosaics or applying cave wall textures.
Review & Cleanup: Aligning the progress with our vision and cleaning your tools/workspace at the end of the shift.
⚡ Focus & Timeline: The 5 daily work hours require your full focus and productivity. No phone distractions during tasks.
🎨 Commitment: Leaving your assigned rooms or sculptures half-done before checkout is a serious breach of our agreement. We will immediately report it to Worldpackers for profile suspension.
⚠️ Property Damage: Treat our tools and property with care. Volunteers are fully responsible for any damage caused by carelessness and must cover repair/replacement costs.
🧹 Cleanliness: Keep your room, bathroom, and shared spaces tidy. Always clean your sculpting tools at the end of every shift.
