We provide training so that volunteers feel comfortable in their tasks and can offer a quality experience to our guests. In addition, we provide tools, information and work equipment, covering operating costs and materials needed for each activity.
Volunteering in San Pedro La Laguna – Shifts and Benefits
We are looking for committed volunteers to support in different areas. We offer flexible shifts according to availability and needs:
Reception: 4 or 5 hrs
Kitchen: around 4 or 5 hrs
Maintenance: 4 or 5 hrs
🔹 Minimum commitment: 2 weeks
🔹 Schedule: 5 work days, 2 days off to explore San Pedro and the magical towns of Lake Atitlán.

🔹 Alcohol and drugs: A relaxed social environment is allowed, but excessive alcohol consumption and any type of drug are prohibited during work shifts.
🔹 Noise and rest: Respect rest hours, avoiding loud noises during night hours.
🔹 Property and tools: Take care of the provided materials and tools. If you need something extra, consult with the team before taking it.
🔹 Day off and communication: If you need to adjust your schedule or take an extra day, let us know in advance so we can organize better.
