We stayed at the hostel as volunteers and left feeling like we were leaving a home, not a hostel. Paul and Dom Claudio make all the difference. They are genuinely attentive, reliable, and truly care about the people working with them. Always present, always flexible, always trying to make the place better for everyone who passes through. The atmosphere is welcoming from day one. The facilities are comfortable and well kept, and there is real care put into the environment that builds between the people staying there. Thank you for everything!

The hostel provides a cozy and welcoming base from which to explore puerto natales. The family and staff are kind and have lots of local advice. The work is pretty straightforward and generally gives you the opportunity to interact with guests.
