The other volunteers and the owner, Gloria, quickly became family to me. The shifts were 6 hours, 5 days a week. The work was straightforward and easy to learn. The only real issue were some issues with wrong info in the computer, which we always worked through together. I will also say it is key you have a pretty high spanish level for this role. I learned a lot, made new friends, and really enjoyed my 3 weeks in cuenca.

In the hostel you won't find a hostel, you will find a family. Juan David and Milena are the best person u will find. I suppose to stay 3 weeks in Cuenca and I stay 3 months just because this guys. The community in the hostel it's really great, the vibes are really amazing. If a could choose one place to stay is the hostel. Love u Jd and Mile . ❤️

It's important to clarify that at the hostel it's Maikil 2, not the main one. And in my case, I was assigned to this one. The hostel has good facilities, shifts are respected, and the tasks are clear. The communication from the person in charge should be improved. Otherwise, everything else was very good. Thank you very much.

Fue una experiencia muy buena No pensé sentirme en casa luego de salir de mi país, pero en el hostel me trataron como familia y fue un lugar muy cómodo Juan es una persona maravillosa y atenta con los voluntarios Definitivamente recomiendo el lugar

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue muy grata, desde el inicio me sentí como en casa, las tareas eran clara, además el lugar está lleno de personas geniales y con buenas energías, siempre se respetaron los horarios, razón por la cual tuve tiempo de explorar la bella ciudad de cuenca ya que la ubicación del hostel es a 10 minutos del casco histórico.
