This was my first volunteering experience and I will be forever grateful for it. Silvia and the entire team at the hostel were truly gifts from life to me. The work was calm, with all activities very well explained, flexibility when necessary and openness to propose new ideas. The volunteers' house has everything we need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The entire hostel structure is perfect, as well as being very well located. Staying at the reception allows us to make connections with guests from various places around the world, making the experience even more enriching.

I can only thank you for this time at the hostel. My first experience with WorldPackers. It was wonderful; I am immensely grateful to Silvia and everyone on the Neto team, Yuri, Ju, Raul, and Nega. Incredible people, always willing to help, with a great vibe. The kitchen was good, with all the utensils for us to prepare the meals. But the most amazing thing is the place: Vale do Capão is beautiful. I am very happy and grateful for the opportunity to be part of this family that is the hostel. I will definitely come back. I loved it with all my heart

I was very well received and welcomed at the hostel. Silvia is a calm and assertive host at the same time. The work at the reception is very calm and the content deliveries are balanced to be able to experience the wonders that Capão offers. The team is wonderful, the facilities are great and very close to the village. I had structure and tranquility to work, go hiking, rest, and I made friends easily at the hostel. I highly recommend Vale do Capão and the hostel.

My experience at the hostel was very good! I stepped out of my comfort zone and was able to learn new things! I was also able to connect more with the local culture, meet nice people, and explore the amazing nature around Vale do Capão. The hostel has a very pleasant and tranquil atmosphere, great for both resting and socializing. Silvia welcomed me very well from the beginning and was always open to talk and adjust whatever was necessary. I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire experience. 💚

The experience at the Capão hostel was amazing! I came to stay for 3 weeks and ended up staying almost 2 months! The work is calm and inspiring. We have a lot of freedom to create, to exchange ideas, and lots of inspiration also at the Capão hostel. Silvia, the host, is amazing! I feel like I gained a friend and a life-long mentor. The staff is great, everything is super easy and smooth in daily life. We, the volunteers, have a small house that gives us autonomy and the space that works really well. I will carry the Capão hostel with me forever, with a lot of affection! Everything was very special! I highly recommend! ❤️

Oh my God, I loved this volunteering so much! 💖 Silvia is a sweetheart, she talks about all aspects of volunteering and is always open to suggestions. The work isn't overwhelming and you can balance it with other activities, leisure time and the trails. The whole team is very kind, Ninha, Yuri, Vanessa and Neto are wonderful. Capão is a magical place. I never imagined that I would like this village so much. The Pousada/ hostel is a few minutes away from the pharmacy, the market and the restaurants. ✨ Highly recommended!

My experience at the hostel was amazing, it's well located; the reception was very warm. Silvia is an amazing person and will surely continue to be an example of strength and courage for me ❤️ everyone welcomed me very well, the place is well organized and incredible, a charming garden, views of the mountains and super close to the village, we have a separate little house for volunteers, very cozy, that provides a lot of privacy!! It was delicious to live this moment in the valley, I met amazing people and I definitely plan to return, and I know I have an incredible little house waiting for me with open arms! Gratitude ❤️🔥

Very good experience, I recommend it to everyone, and the hostel is close to the village (the town center of Capão), the facilities have an excellent infrastructure as well, the volunteers' room is separated and very organized.
Honestly, the best infrastructure I've ever stayed at, and Silvia welcomed me very well during the time I was there, it became a great inspiration for me!
