The experience was excellent from the very first moment. Everything was very well organized, especially the schedules, which were impeccable and respected at all times. Moreover, we were traveling as a couple and they assigned us the same schedules, which was a detail we truly valued.

Local people from Garopaba call this city paradise, and the Pedra Marca experience was no different. It was our first volunteering experience and it was an amazing experience; the arrival ride was arranged as agreed, the needs were well met by the hosts and the tasks were agreed beforehand. Matheus and Adri are down-to-earth people, very relaxed; they just need to be careful not to hand over the hostel's admin to the volunteers, because at times outside of the duty hours we need to be willing to assist guests who arrived and there was only us to turn to.

My volunteer experience at Hostel PedraMarca was very positive. The hosts, Mateus and Adri, are calm, welcoming, and make the environment very easygoing for volunteers. I worked in the media and cleaning areas. In the media side, I was able to improve my digital skills by producing videos and photos, which helped me finish my portfolio as a storymaker. Additionally, volunteering gave me the opportunity to network in Garopaba and even to secure a professional partnership. Cleaning tasks are calm, and the hostel's big differentiator is that it is beautiful with a strong connection to nature.

The experience at the hostel. was incredible... I connected with people from all over the world and I created a family. The hostel is very calm, a calm and pleasant environment. Also, Ferrugem Beach is five minutes away, being one of the most beautiful in Garopaba. Matheus and Adri are super nice people and there is always some different program/activity for us to do, such as hikes, Yoga, the beach, parties and waterfalls.
