- Roosters sleep and sing in the branches above the cabin at any time during the night (bring earplugs if you think it’s necessary).

Rules

We understand that all animals deserve respect, and for this reason we are vegan. In keeping with our rescue and animal protection work, we ask that during the stay at the shelter no animal-origin products (meat, fish, eggs, honey, dairy and derivatives) be consumed. If you are not familiar with the vegan diet, don’t worry because here you will eat healthy and delicious, in addition to learning new recipes.

The volunteering must commit to the well-being of the inhabitants of the Sanctuary. Likewise, have genuine passion for the care and protection of animals.

Please do not give food to any inhabitant without first consulting with the team. Some animals have very specific health needs and an inappropriate extra could be dangerous to their life. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Sorry, but you cannot bring pets, no matter how well they behave at home.

The Sanctuary is a private space free of drugs, tobacco and vapes both inside the facilities and in outdoor spaces. Secret word: POTATO

We must respect the instructions given; we are always open to suggestions and will listen to whatever you want to convey, but you must understand and accept if we do not put it into practice based on our experience.

It goes without saying that respect for all animals also extends to humans, so there is no room for racism, sexism, homophobia...

This sanctuary is a space based on mutual respect, safety and care. We absolutely require an attitude of respect towards all female colleagues and volunteers in the community. No form of inappropriate conduct, harassment or discrimination will be tolerated.

Coexistence is similar to that of a small family.

Thank you very much. :)
