At our hostel, you'll dive into a variety of tasks. You'll become our official monkey and baboon bouncer, ensuring they don't sneak in. Plus, you'll get to play paparazzi, capturing photos and videos of guests interacting with the local wildlife for our social media. You'll also lend a hand with meal prep, housekeeping, and a few random tasks. But don't worry, we tackle most things as a team and have a blast doing it!

I had a wonderful experience with this host! There were many different experiences and activities to choose from, and my individual needs and preferences were always taken into consideration. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and there were so many activities to participate in that I never got bored. Whenever I had a question or needed help, there was always someone available to talk to. I felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend this experience!

I had the best time ever on this trip! ❤️ The schedule was super well planned, and it's crazy how many different experiences we had in just two weeks across South Africa, Eswatini and Mozambique. I had an amazing time with all the girls, hosts and volunteers I met along the way. So many unforgettable moments, lots of laughter and new friendships! 🫶🏼 This trip gave me memories I'll never forget and I'm so happy I got to be part of it! 🌍✨

Mayra, Rene, Marion, Oliver are amazing hosts! Both hostels are great places to meet great people and feel very comfortable. The safaris were great, the locations are amazing and my group and I had an unforgettable time there. Would recommend everyone to come!

I can't even put into words how magic the past 6 weeks at the hostel have been. This hostel doesn't just feel like a normal hostel at all. Every guest, staff member and volunteer is treated like a family member from day one! Mayra, Rene, Marion and Oliver are the most amazing hosts you could ever ask for and I'll definitely have a hard time finding another volunteer opportunity that could compare to that. I got to go on so many Safaris and got to see 3 new countries! There is no better place for your first volunteer experience, I promise!

My experience at the hostel was truly one of a lifetime. I am so grateful for my fellow volunteers and the amazing staff who were so kind and amazing to me and my time here. The wealth of knowledge I gained was by far my favorite part. From learning about the animals of the hostel to experiencing different cultures, hearing different languages, and listening to people's stories, this will forever have a lasting impact on me. Thank you the hostel for all the laughs, early mornings for game drives, monkey patrol, amazing food, and quality fun!
