If you love off-grid living, our lakeside lodge is perfect for you! We have 18 cabins, 6 glamping tents, and a converted school bus. We're looking for volunteers to help us with cabin cleaning as well as the below duties: Cleaning cabins, recycling, maintaining outhouses and showerhouse and making sure grounds are kept clean. In your free time, enjoy kayaking, fishing, cycling, hiking, and relaxing by the bonfire! See you soon :D

The place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. You work the exact hours they specify and no more. Everyone was very friendly and outgoing and willing to talk and help. YOU MUST BE OK WITH OFF GRID LIVING. You are a long ways from town with not an easy way to get there by yourself. In addition to this, you are basically camping the whole time. If you enjoy that and the outdoors and want some peace and quiet I would highly recommend this. The host is fantastic and is very welcome and willing to help you with anything you need.

Nickie and Harry were wonderful! They were so welcoming and accommodating I really enjoyed getting to know them! The work is tough but rewarding and the area is stunning, there is a lot of free time after work to explore the camp! Olivia, one of the staff is amazing and I'm glad to have become friends with her! I'll miss everyone at the lodge (especially Andi and Marshall!) I hope to visit again one day!!

The host were really nice people lovely to chat to. If you love nature it's good but a reminder you will see all different animals like rats so just a heads up. The location is nice. Bring a book or something to keep your mind going because in the evenings it can get a small bit boring because the WiFi is not strong in the place u are sleeping in. Have fun and explore the islands they have on the lodge

Volunteering here is heavenly if you are looking for a place to enjoy nature, meditate, meeting people from everywhere and being immersed into the off grid life ! Nickie and Harry are very lovely people, you will have a good time here ! I recommend to have a car if you want to move around and take a good hoodie for the nights. See you guys and thank you ❤️
