My experience at the inn was incredible! I went with the aim of spending a month, but Itacaré is so wonderful and the experience so positive that I couldn't help but extend my stay there. From the team, the other volunteers and even the guests, all in a very good vibe and a very friendly atmosphere. The location is perfect, super clean, the shifts are very calm which makes it possible to enjoy the city a lot, the schedules are respected and flexible to adjust your routine. I recommend with eyes closed! Special thanks to Mari for the reception and Paulo for brightening my days here! <3

My month at the inn was great. Mari and Noah were traveling during most of my time volunteering, but they welcomed me very well before they left, and you could see how they take care of everything there with affection. The people who work there are a big family and I felt welcomed from the first day, the schedule is fair and allows us to live the amazing days and nights in Itacaré, I connected with this family, with the volunteers who were also there, with guests from all over, locals and even the city’s animals! I recommend without fear and I hope to return soon, I wish good winds to all!

I would like to publicly thank the guesthouse for making my first volunteering experience as incredible as it was. Itacaré is a feeling, and the guesthouse was home. Mari, Noah, Paulo, Kayala, Jessica, Michele, Sil and Neylza, what a wonderful team, you made my days sooo happy 🧡 To the volunteers, you can go without fear, great location, delicious coffee, comfortable beds, a beautiful house and stress-free work!

I highly recommend it! I came to stay for 3 weeks and ended up staying 3 months haha. I worked most of the time at the reception, which is a super chill activity on most days. They also gave me space to work with art; I painted the facade sign and some t-shirts, it was great! The hours are respected, the hosts are flexible with days off. Breakfast is perfect! But definitely, the highlight of the experience was the team; they will be forever in my heart ❤️

Volunteering in Maré is so amazing and welcoming that I ended up returning much sooner than I imagined, hahaha, one more month in the best place in Itacaré ♥️

My experience at the inn could not have been better! Mari and Noah are very welcoming and always available to help. The work was very smooth and within what was agreed, and they are very flexible. My stay in Itacaré wouldn't have been the same if it weren't for the inn and all the people who pass through there <3

Mariiii! We ended up wasting time writing Mari's review due to the day-to-day rush, but we wanted to write here that we highly recommend the exchange with her! She picked up everything very quickly, the system we use, the reception functions, and she also got along very well with the whole team. Mari has an incredible energy, which in a short time won us over! <3

Whether for the incredible hosts (Mari, Noah, Lai), for the care and impeccable quality of the inn (Rai, Sil and Dalva), for the connection with other volunteers (Isa, Nico, Leo, Ana), for the great breakfast (Paulo, Fer), for the city's nature, for the cultural events and nightlife: nothing would have been so excellent if it hadn't been for the comfort and tranquility that the experience brought me. My first experience with Worldpackers was amazing, and I’m sure I made the best possible choice: the guesthouse. In a few days I felt part of a family. The warmth and partnership of the team and Lai, who was responsible for receiving the volunteers in the host's absence, was wonderful! For personal reasons I had to cut my stay a few days short, but the guesthouse showed a lot of understanding and flexibility. I learned a lot during the time I stayed there, I connected with amazing people and lived experiences that I will carry with me forever, and I had many wonderful experiences in Itacaré 💙

Volunteering at the guesthouse was THE BEST experience I could have at the start of my backpacking trip. Everything the position promises happened as it should! I spent little time with Mari and Noah, hosts who were leaving for their well-deserved holidays, but I could feel how dear and attentive they are ♥️ I connected a lot with the whole team, Lai, Sil, Rai, Fernanda, Paulo with his wonderful breakfast... And certainly the best team of volunteers, Isa, Nico, Ana and Felipe. So incredibly grateful for living this time with you all, I created bonds that I want to carry for life and surely one day I will return! ♥️
