I had really good time in the hostel, helping organizing activites. I'm working remotely and it was not a problem to adjust it with my volunteer schedule. The place itself is increible and there are various activities. Alvaro and Ryan are really welcoming and treat you like family from day 1 :) So if you're looking for a place where you can have fun working - apply!

I spent an amazing month in the hotel!! Working with Ryan and Álvaro was a pleasure; everything is done in a very positive environment. There is no better place to work: facing the sea, sun, incredible sunsets and a first-rate team. You have plenty of freedom to create content (photos and videos) and propose ideas for social media. You also have to film the key moments of the day and participate in all activities: karaoke, welcome drink, lighthouse walk, trivia… and liven up the Friday and Saturday parties. An amazing experience, I can't wait to come back! <3

My experience as a volunteer at the hostel was incredible. I definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys interacting with people, being on the beach, and working as a team. The staff are super friendly, from the kitchen staff to the manager. They were always very attentive to everything, making me feel like I had a second home. The work is a lot of fun; it's mainly about creating content and being a support in the experience activities. Being part of those activities taught me a lot, and above all made my stay very pleasant. I will definitely return.

Tuve una semana maravillosa en el hostel. Lamentablemente, por un malentendido con migración solo pude quedarme una semana, pero Ryan y Álvaro, quienes están a cargo de los voluntarios, lo entendieron perfectamente e hicieron que aprovechara al máximo mi tiempo. el hostel tiene un equipo increíble, que te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Recomiendo muchísimo la experiencia. Gracias Ryan y Álvaro por convertir mi estancia en una parte tan especial de mi viaje.

Mi experiencia como voluntaria fue muy positiva. Trabajé de cerca con equipo de experiencia dentro del hotel, lo cual me permitió colaborar y seguir aprovechando mis habilidades sociales. También estuve muy cercana al equipo de recepción, salón y bar. Considero que son equipos con mucho potencial. Las instalaciones son muy agradables y en general es una experiencia que la recomiendo.

Increíble experiencia en el mejor hotel de Máncora! El equipo es súper amable y nos recibió con los brazos abiertos. Las instalaciones son limpias, organizadas y cómodas para huéspedes y voluntarios. Las actividades son divertidas y están perfectamente equilibradas, permitiéndonos disfrutar de las comodidades del hotel, piscina, yoga, meditacion, box thai. Recomiendo muchísimo esta experiencia a cualquiera que busque una oportunidad de voluntariado significativa y divertida ! Un agradecimiento especial a Lea, Ryan y todo el equipo!
