Dude, what a great place—it's the farm. Juan and Lucy are incredible people, very cheerful and with good energy; the place is pure peace

Biocoliving is ideal for those who want to know the site. The activities are mostly hands-on. The place is a bit far from the center (about 20–30 minutes), and you'll need to take a bus to access markets (about 5 minutes by bus), restaurants and experiences in Santa Marta.

I had my first volunteering experience at the farm and it was very special. It's an ideal place if you like a wilder life, in touch with nature and far from the noise of the city. The peace you feel is real; there are moments when you don't want to go back to the city.

Juan has a very good place, with a lot of potential, although he still lacks work and dedication for the experience to be more comfortable and organized.

Also, Juan took me on several tours; I could experience Santa Marta from outside and from inside, not only as a tourist but understanding more the local dynamics.
Thanks to the farm 🫰🏼

My experience at Biocoliving was special. The staff are very attentive. The schedules and duties were those previously agreed. The hostel is located in the vicinity of the farm, so I recommend it to people who love nature.

It was an incredible place to start in this world of worldpackers. I met cool people from other countries and new cultures. The place is beautiful, very welcoming, and it lets you stay connected with nature, and it's a good location to visit Tayrona National Park.

As with the other comments, Juan and Lucy are a very welcoming team. The activities involve manual labor, usually related to cleaning and maintenance, but they can vary during the day and the amount of work is flexible according to your availability and your willingness.
One point to note is that, being close to everything, it isn't really that close; it's wise to plan ahead to always catch the bus. Overall, it was a great volunteering experience.

This new experience was very enriching since I could know beaches such as 7 olas playa del medio where I could observe a spectacular night, playa del amor. The opportunity to be in the Koguis community with the Mamo Alejandro Nieve, family and his son Julián who is the interpreter, thank you very much, the farm family, Juan G. G.

My experience at Bío Coliving Tairona was very enriching because Juan G. is a person with a lot of cultural knowledge of the region, and the most surprising thing is having the opportunity to relate to the Kogi culture since Juan K and Teresa are natives of this community and share their culture and knowledge.
Thank you very much, Bío Coliving Tairona family, for hosting me; I will be back soon. A hug

Saludos Felipe
