The hostel was a great spot for my first volunteering experience! I worked at the reception, which was very calm and straightforward, and made it easy to meet other travellers staying at the hostel. The hours and benefits were what was agreed upon, and everyone working at the hostel was welcoming, patient, and helpful my whole time here. Sebastian gives great recommendations on activities and restaurants around the area. Even though Salento is a small town, it's very lively with lots to do, and I was never bored during my 2 weeks here. Thank you for everything, hopefully I'll return one day 🤞

My experience at the hostel was a good one. The reception shifts from 12-5 were chill and simple. Sebas is a great guy who cares about both the hostel and his volunteers. The room was comfortable, modern and had a really great shower. There's also a nice rooftop to chill at. Mauro provided a free delicious breakfast for us daily. Awesome hostel location, 1 block from the plaza. The team is flexible with working hours too. If there's ever a tour you'd like to do, just communicate it. 2 of the coffee tours I went on were free. Shout out to Juan, who was an absolute pleasure to work with!

I enjoyed my volunteer work at the hostel. The atmosphere was really pleasant, Sebastian is a very kind and attentive person. The staff is also very friendly. The premises are very clean (which isn't always the case for a hostel). I highly recommend it ! Thanks again! 😊

I loved my time in Salento and at the hostel! I worked at the front desk from 12 pm to 5 pm, and the work is very straightforward, the atmosphere relaxed. Salento is a quiet town surrounded by greenery and full of great cafés; the volunteer schedule leaves plenty of free time to explore! The manager, Sebastian, is a wonderful and caring person—always making sure you are feeling comfortable and enjoying your time in Salento. The volunteers have their own room on the top floor, it's very comfortable, quiet, and spacious, with an en suite bathroom.
