The camping became a home for me 🤍 I came for 2 weeks and stayed for 3. Thank you Vinay for creating such a special place surrounded by nature and beautiful Himalayan views, and for letting me be part of the team and sharing so much wisdom with me. I helped at the reception, the schedules were always respected, and the atmosphere was peaceful, fair, and authentic. Raman, the whole staff, and of course Deyna 🐾 made this experience unforgettable. A part of my heart stays here ✨ If you are looking for an authentic, human, and nature-filled volunteering experience, this place is truly magical

My stay at the camping was soo nice. You get a really nice place to sleep, your own bathroom, good wifi. The staff doesnt speak english!! but was so nice and welcoming, showing me temples and villages nearby. Work hours are as said before but Vinay is very flexible and gave me lots of free time when asked. Vinay is very helpful and explained alot about India, hinduism and bouddhisme and even brought me to 2 monasteries. Work is alot of grass cutting, a little of farm work and a little costumer work. And lastly the place is SO beautiful! River, mountains everywhere. I even saw a leopard!

I stayed one week here and it was one of my best volunteering experiences. The staff were incredibly welcoming, it truly felt like a family and I had so much fun! I mainly helped with gardening and had to carry buckets of soil, which was physically demanding, but the team always made sure I had time to rest. The location is a bit isolated, but peaceful and perfect to relax and connect with nature. Mr. Vinay was kind, flexible, and very supportive. I highly recommend this place for an authentic local experience!

First time doing volunteering work and for sure I choose the best place I could. Mr Vinay, the owner, it's a very wise and open-minded person. He has a big heart and will treat you with kindness and respect. His hospitality will quickly make you feel at home. The tasks and working hours are flexible, and you will be able to learn about different things, take some rests and enjoy this wonderful place with a stunning view of the Dhauladhar Range. The team are very friendly and supportive, they will help you in anything you need. I'll miss everything and everyone from this place.

I volunteered at the camping for two weeks and had a genuinely positive experience. The work was clear and fair mostly helping school kids with adventure activities and taking care of the animals (Diana the dog, plus geese and ducks). I had two days off each week, which made it easy to take a bus and explore nearby Dharamshala. Evenings often included bear spotting with the team, which was exciting and educational. The host and team were incredibly warm and welcoming it truly felt like home. Highly recommended.
