Quincy and Kay were wonderful hosts. They were happy to socialize but also happy to provide space and trust to get the work done while staying in the guest space. They were incredibly friendly and easy to get on with. I'd recommend volunteering here with Quincy and Kay if you are interested in exploring the home, but also enjoy working in gardens on a sustainable the home project. You'll leave inspired to make your own backyard oasis!

My partner and I started off our week with Quincy and Kay in September when the area was still emerging into Spring so we focused on cleaning up the garden with raking, mulching, edging, and general tidying. Most days Quincy joined us in the morning to take a look around, chat, and give us any tasks for the day. The hours were perfect for us, starting around 8am and finishing up by 2pm leaving plenty of down time for relaxing or checking out the surrounding area. Plus Quincy and Kay were very flexible with our days off which allowed us time for hikes in the home and a trip to Sydney.

We had a wonderful experience with Quincy and Krish. They are kind, patient and caring hosts, and we loved helping in their the home. Krish also has an incredible sustainable candle business. The candles are beautiful and smell amazing! Their pets, Eddie, Venom and little Joey made our stay even more special. The accommodation was very comfortable, and the homemade bread and fresh eggs from their lovely chickens made us feel truly welcome. The location is perfect, with easy access to the train, trails and a supermarket just 15 minutes away. We left with beautiful memories! Thank you guys!

My friend and I stayed with Krish and Quincy for a week and had a wonderful time! The house and garden are beautiful and located just a short walk from the train station and grocery store. We worked for three days and spent the rest of the time exploring the beautiful the home. Krish and Quincy were both incredibly friendly and welcoming. They gave us great local recommendations, made us homemade bread and we had a lovely bonfire together on our last night there. We would absolutely stay with them again if we ever return☺️

We carried out gardening tasks under Quincy's guidance, he was really knowledgeable and passionate about the plants and crops. The tasks assigned to us really sparked a sense of accomplishment, and they served as superb workout as well! (this job is definitely more suitable for worldpackers who don't mind laborious tasks) As a bonus, Krish and Quincy even took us on a hike during our free day and we discovered a beautiful hidden waterfall! The accom we stayed in was amazing too, really cozy and we had all the privacy. They are the sweetest and friendliest hosts, thank you for the exp :)
