The Experience

We continue among plantings 🌾, management practices, bioconstructions 🛠️, and celebrations 🎉. Each day unveiling a new page of the great book of nature that dwells in and around us. The work in agriculture reminds us of the importance of observing in order to act. Agroecology, as science, practice, and movement, teaches us that, through unity, we can amplify our knowledge and know-how, creating a more sustainable and meaningful future!

My experience at the farm was incredible, in addition to connecting with nature, I had several enriching conversations with Joice, who is an amazing woman. I learned a lot from Silas about construction; he is a master at woodworking. During the time I was there, there was a day of volunteer work at the site, and I met some people who have projects similar to theirs, which was also very rewarding. The accommodations are good, the food is great, and there is Juna who is a sweetheart of a little dog. :) I highly recommend.

It was an incredible volunteer experience, I highly recommend it! I learned new things about beekeeping, coffee, and bioconstruction. I lived rural moments. We joined a community work day with some friends of Joice and Silas. The hosts were sensational, I felt very at home, people who mean a lot to me now that I've met them. So good. I can only thank them 💚

My experience as a volunteer at the site was a lot of learning and connection. I was able to collaborate with some activities in the garden and thus have ideas and inspiration for mine... haha. I developed skills and had exchanges that were extremely rich with the people I met. In short, a genuine experience of collaboration that I will carry with me forever!

Simply the experience at Sito Bicca the farm was perfect; the place is beautiful, the house has an incredible energy and not to mention Joyce, Silas and Juna (their dog). Everything that was agreed upon was respected and we received more than we expected. We learned and were nourished by their experiences and by the place itself. Our gratitude is immense.
