I experienced so many firsts at the Center — my first time volunteering, my first time in a spiritual community, my first time living in a village that feels like a fairytale. I helped in the kitchen, made clay crafts, planted onions, joined a women's circle, saw acro yoga, and paddled a canoe on the lake for the first time and so on. I'm really thankful for this journey and I'll always treasure it. I loved every person in the community —everyone was so kind and warm. I could express my feelings and preferences freely, and I found a rare sense of safety and comfort. I'll miss you all very much.

Lexi and I had the best time in our three weeks at the Center. Kelsey was so welcoming and warm to us, as was the whole community. Even though we were there a short time, I felt like everyone took the chance to get to know us, teach us, and take us under their wing. The town is beautiful, especially in June, and we were lucky enough to get to experience Midsummer with the locals in the most picturesque setting. I had really limited yoga and meditation experience, and Kelsey did such an amazing job of making me feel comfortable and welcomed to participate in any classes! We love you the Center🫶

Dede and Lexi are an amazing duo that create a warm friendly environment that all the other volunteers got to enjoy :) They are super reliable and Dede took SUCH NICE PHOTOS. Wow. Really impressed as she made our social media pop. They were just wonderful to host.

Friedhelm was my first Worldpackers experience and exactly the right place for it! My experience in Friedhelm was very, very good. It's just a wonderfully peaceful and warm place. A beautiful place with lots to experience. I received a very warm welcome from Kelsey, the other residents and the other volunteers and felt right at home. I was unfortunately ill at the beginning and everyone was very accommodating!Apart from that, I just had a great time with lots of fun and relaxation. I very much hope to come back one day! Lu was such a trooper! She arrived sick and still went out to help in the garden, showed up for yoga and didn't miss out on all there was to experience. Luckily she recovered quickly despite her enthusiasm for engaging herself no matter what :) We warmly welcome her back and appreciate all she gave and helped with.

The Center is a truly special place and definitely an opportunity worth experiencing! In the few weeks I was there I fell in love with the land and community, and it was hard to say goodbye in the end. There is so much love and supportive energy here <3 You will not be disappointed!

Such a beautiful time spent in the Center! Unfortunately I got there between winter and summer when maybe there're more people nearby. If you like spend time in nature and sometimes alone this is the right place. People are always friendly and happy to help you if needed.

My experience at the Center was absolutely amazing! It's a beautiful place, surrounded by nature, full of kind and heartwarming people. The work hours were respected and you can work when you want, as long as you complete your tasks. The people of the village really welcomed me with love and they always invited me at events or activities to do together. If you're searching for a quiet place, to meditate, relax, do yoga and stunning walks...this is perfect for you!! I really enjoyed my time there and I learned a lot from myself and from the others. Highly recommend Alice. She really found her way into the village and with all the different dynamic tasks that can come up. She engaged herself and got the most out of her stay with us! I had the opportunity to stay at the Center for 5 weeks and I honestly had the most wonderful experience. The tasks were clear and manageable and I felt incredibly supported. Everyone in the community were welcoming and friendly, I quickly felt comfortable and at home. I was able to contribute to the community with tasks specific to my skills like painting and mending. I also had plenty of down time to explore, go on nature walks and relax. Thank you for having me the Center, I hope to return to experience summer there very soon 💕🌼

5 stars is not enough to express how incredible our experience was with Emily. She won the hearts of the village and gave me the enormous gift of being able to go to Canada for a month and leave the center in her hands!! She is trustworthy and capable in everyway. She is charming, resourceful and VERY well organized. Emily's motto "We'll figure it out" BIG thank you from my heart and can't wait to welcome you back with your mum to experience the summer season! I had an incredible time there! I enjoyed skating and walking on a frozen lake, hiking in nature, and witnessing a stunning northern lights display. Inside, I practiced yoga, which made the experience even more relaxing. What truly stood out was the deep connection I felt with both nature and the amazing people there, so kind, joyful, and welcoming. I'm really grateful for the unforgettable moments I had.
