Living and working at the host was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The dynamic and connection between everyone there is absolutely amazing! Eva, Kiko, Ester, Jordi, and the rest of the team really made me feel at home within just two days — and by the time I left, a month and a week later, I felt like I was already part of their family. I also loved the work, I created videos for social media, designed menus, and helped out at the bar and during special events. Outside of work, I connected deeply with nature and reconnected with myself. I highly recommend this experience!

It was a wonderful experience!! Eva is an amazing host and I felt very welcome by her and the whole hosting team. The working hours were fair and respected, and in my free time I had the freedom to do whatever I wanted. The place is very beautiful and is in the middle of the mountains, so it's perfect for walking and swimming in the river; likewise Eva did everything possible to show us more places in the surrounding areas when possible. Overall everything was very good and I would recommend it 100% if you like nature.

Our experience exceeded what was described on the platform. Eva, Kiko and Esther and the team made us feel part of a family thanks to their enormous human warmth. We enjoyed nature itself, the river, the mountains, the excellent gastronomy, and shared with wonderful people. The Sanctuary of Mare de Déu de Fontcalda was a gift of peace and spirituality, ideal for disconnecting from the noise of the city. We recommend this volunteering to those seeking an authentic experience, surrounded by nature, silence, and human warmth. Very grateful, I found more than I expected; I will return. ❤

The stay was very pleasant, the lodging was very good, the food and camaraderie were excellent; I would have liked them to ask me what I knew how to do and not assign me to cleaning. I have no problem doing it; I could have contributed much more; everything else was very good; a family-like atmosphere is created.

Fantastic experience, an isolated and very natural environment, the hosting team very friendly and cordial, the tasks are clear and there is a lot of patience to teach.
You have to coordinate the arrival at the place well, because the hosts will meet you exactly as you arrange; the only thing is that to get there you have to take a train and a bus, and sometimes there isn't much information at the terminals; tip: bring cash because some buses don't accept cards.
The place? It's worth the experience of living it and enjoying it.
I recommend not to miss it. Hugs.
