The experience

The tasks vary throughout the season. In May it's all about getting the hut ready (pre-cooking meals, cleaning...). In June we make jam and pestos. Clem's kids visit in July. The daily tasks include walking our dog Charlie and preparing the rooms for the next guests. From next season we will only take German-speaking volunteers.

Program Details

We are looking for a trustworthy, responsible person who can take care of themselves and is helpful. It is also very important to us that you are sociable, as there are usually other people nearby, and it would be nice if you feel comfortable speaking with them. It is also important that you like dogs and that you don't mind going for a walk with Charlie Gassi (he is super friendly and lovely! :) )

Activities & Shift

We will create a daily to-do list. Some tasks you can complete whenever you want. Others must be completed at a specific time. We want you to manage your working time well :) We don't want you to work too much, but you should reach 25 hours per week.
